Summary: Carnival! The drums were beating, hands clapping, and Auntie Fe was staring at me. I knew it was no time to be scared. After his grandfather dies, Angenor goes to live in the shantytown. There, he meets new friends, boldly takes part in a "batuque" dancing competition, and discovers the wild samba music that change his life forever.
